What Is Your Mission?

  • Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
  • Identify customer’s needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best address customer’s needs while ensuring that any existing confusion is clarified.
  • Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure case closure in accordance to our service standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
  • Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of Serenial.

Who Are We Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, Six Sigma).

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Proven track record in demand forecasting, supplier management, and process optimization.
  • Experience with import/export compliance and international logistics (for global roles).

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, production, inventory, warehousing, and distribution).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, JIT, or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulations (e.g., Incoterms, trade laws).

Soft Skills

  • Analytical mindset – ability to interpret data and optimize processes.
  • Problem-solving skills – quickly addressing bottlenecks and risks.
  • Strong communication – collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Negotiation skills – securing favorable terms with suppliers and vendors.
  • Attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
  • Time management – ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities (Typical)

  • Monitor and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Oversee inventory control, forecasting, and demand planning.
  • Ensure timely procurement and distribution of materials/products.
  • Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (lead time, cost, service level).
  • Implement cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives.
  • Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and trade regulations.
